Attorney Kleiser joined the maat team at the Munich office as an Associate in February 2026. She completed her law studies at the University of Heidelberg, specializing in employment law. During her studies, she gained valuable practical experience working in the compliance department at SAP, where she was employed for three years.

During her legal traineeship, Ms. Kleiser worked as a legal assistant in the employment law team of a renowned commercial law firm—both during her legal practice placements (including the elective stage) and beyond.

At maat, she primarily advises large healthcare companies and public institutions on all aspects of individual and collective labor law. Drawing on her specialized expertise and experience in compliance, she confidently assists clients in navigating labor law challenges.
