Attorney Laura Iser has been strengthening the team at maat Rechtsanwälte in Frankfurt am Main as an employed lawyer since July 2026. She has been admitted to the bar since 2022 and has held the title of Certified Specialist in Employment Law since October 2025.

She studied at the University of Mannheim and began specializing in labor law while still a student. Before joining maat Rechtsanwälte, Ms. Iser worked for four years in Hamburg as a labor law attorney at one of Germany’s leading multidisciplinary law firms. There, she advised and represented employers in all areas of individual and collective labor law. She also provided advice and representation in the area of corporate pension plans.

At maat Rechtsanwälte, Ms. Iser primarily advises large and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors on all aspects of individual and collective labor law. Her practice focuses particularly on works constitution law and company pension schemes. She supports our clients with ongoing labor law advice as well as in negotiations with works councils and in court proceedings.
